MN State Fair: Thelma's Handmade Ice Cream Sandwiches

After the over-consumption of Tofutti Cuties (tofu-based, free of everything, frozen dessert) this summer, Evan and I were ready for a REAL. FAT-FULL. SUGAR-FULL. FLAVOR.FULL double chocolate cookie with mint ice cream sandwich ($5.00) from Thelma’s, Judson Ave. and Underwood St.

Evan: Oh yea, the mint and double chocolate are a perfect pairing.

Jules: I dunno. I expected the cookie to be room temp, but it's cold. Evan: I don't mind.

Jules: I mind. When I read 'handmade' I don't expect them to be pre-packaged. But these are.

Final Review:

Conflicting rating---- Evan: 3 stars, Jules: 2.5 stars Should be shared if you plan on eating other desserts. Unique Feature- plenty of options to choose from.
