MN State Fair: Jamm'in Brisket Grilled Cheese

We usually reserve our once-a-year-brisket-eating for The Sasha, a pastrami brisket sandwich with a proprietary 'bird sauce' from Cecils in St. Paul, but we were intrigued with the blend of cheeses and sweet onion jam on the Jamm'in Brisket Grilled Cheese ($10) at RC’s BBQ, Dan Patch Av. and Liggett St.

Evan: Oh my god. This so good! A solid 3.5 stars. (3 bites of his half and he's finished.)

Jules: Yes, (inhale food), yes, (inhale food)-

Evan grabs last bite out of Jules' hand and pops it in his happy mouth.

Final Review: 3.5 out of 4 stars Should be shared, but if you're selfish, enjoy on your own. Unique feature- the sweet onion jam.
